TeleService via Telephone and Internet
TeleService (TS) offers our customers the possibility of remote servicing and remote diagnosis of their machinery and equipment from Braunschweig. In case of malfunctions, it allows BMA’s experts to respond almost instantaneously, and it may even help cut down on travelling expenses. The only hardware needed is a parameterizable TS adapter for the CPU, a modem, and an analogue telephone line near the machinery.
